What types of payments do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment : Debit/ Credit and Cash. Checks allowed for corporate orders only.
All orders will be invoiced prior to pick up or delivery.
Catered events require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance paid by invoice one week prior to the event.
Can I customize my board/box?
Absolutely! We will do everything we can to accommodate special request. Additional charges may apply to special request and will be invoiced separately after you place your order.
Do you do corporate orders?
Yes! Please contact us to discuss pricing and a consultation will be set up to discuss your custom order.
How many days in advance do I need to place my order?
All orders are handcrafted and carefully curated which require a 72-hour notice. Rush orders are available upon request, subject to a rush fee.
What about food allergies or intolerances?
Boards and boxes are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Please see our disclaimer and food allergy notice.
Orders may contain or come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, dairy products, and/or other allergens. Orders are prepared in a common kitchen and on surfaces that may have come in contact with allergens.
By placing an order with Crafted Nibbles, LLC, you are agreeing that Crafted Nibbles, LLC is not responsible for any harm to you or other individuals enjoying your order.
How long will my order last?
Its recommended that you enjoy your order the same day that you receive it. If, not the same day, please store it in the refrigerator and consume within 24-48 hours.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery is available for minimum orders of $65 or more.*
*All deliveries are subject to a $8 delivery charge within EBR and a $10 delivery charge outside of EBR.
Can I cancel my order or change my delivery?
Due to the perishable nature of the ingredients in your order and the limited number of spots available, cancellations and full refunds are not possible.
What if I place an order and can't make the pickup?
We will wait twenty minutes past the designated pickup time. If you do not arrive by twenty minutes past the designated time and are unreachable (or do not contact us), your order is forfeited.
Due to the perishable nature of the ingredients in your order and the limited availability each day, refunds for no -shows are not possible.
